1. All Rescans are done on a Monday through Friday only.
2. Gender Rescans must be completed within 1 week of your original appointment.
3. All other Rescans must be completed within 2 weeks of your original appointment.
4. No exceptions will be made.
5. If you miss your rescan window we will not offer a refund or credit.
6. If you book a regular appointment or a rescan outside of your rescan window you will be charged the regular, full appointment price.
